The deal
Scroller is a free hobby app made by one person. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
As-is, no warranty
The app and the server are provided "as is", without any warranty. Counts can be wrong, the server can go down, and features can change or stop. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss or damage from using it. It's a fun nudge to scroll less, not a medical or professional tool.
Be nice
Your display name is seen by your friends. Don't use names that are hateful, harassing, sexual, impersonate someone or break the law. Don't try to break, overload or abuse the service or other people's accounts. I can rename or remove accounts that break these rules, without notice.
Your account
Keep your recovery code and password safe; they're the only way back into your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app or at /delete-account. How your data is handled is in the privacy policy.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the app means you accept the update.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
